Vidzipo is a free video compression service that runs entirely in your browser. It requires no user account, no software installation, and no file is ever uploaded to a server.

2. Use

The service is provided « as is ». Users are responsible for the content of the files they compress and undertake not to use the service for unlawful purposes, in particular to infringe the rights of third parties, public order, or accepted moral standards.

3. Limitation of liability

The publisher makes reasonable efforts to provide a quality service. However, the publisher cannot be held liable for data loss, file damage, technical malfunctions, or incompatibilities related to the user's browser or device. Users are strongly advised to keep an original copy of any important video before compression.

4. Intellectual property and open source components

The publisher uses open source components (FFmpeg, x264, and others — see the Open source page). These components are used in accordance with their respective licences.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not settled amicably shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
